I graduated with Bachelor's degree in Nursing, took three months hospital experience, worked as a call center agent for three years, was promoted to one of Teleperformance Adobe's Reports Analyst for a year after 6 months, then became the Login Administrator for Time Warner Cable Teleperformance. As the Login Administrator, I handle the logins, access, tools creation, roster management and maintenance, and report directly to our clients. I cover Bacolod, Cebu and Antipolo sites. The experience not only increased my knowledge in operations and support, but also molded me into a better person with good working relationship with my team. I can multitask, handle stress, can learn quickly, and provide accurate data to clients, Managers and co-workers alike. Aside from reports, tools maintenance and simple technical support, I help organize our company's events, help design venues and create printables, decorations, tarpaulins and presentations.
