Enable real tasks: book meetings, create tickets (Zendesk/HubSpot), send emails, capture leads, log to CRM via secure APIs.
Deliverable 6: Analytics & Tuning
Dashboards for volume, resolution, deflection, and CSAT. I review transcripts and iterate prompts/retrieval for higher accuracy.
