ENGINEERING APPROACH
I normally begin by reviewing the product objective, development stage, available files, interfaces, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, operating environment, compliance targets, and the client’s main technical concern. For complex work, architecture review and finalization are completed before detailed circuit or PCB design begins.
The design is reviewed for placement logic, return paths, copper-current capability, creepage/clearance, thermal concentration, test access, assembly constraints, and component lifecycle before output release.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
11+ years of electronics development experience with PCB designs up to 32 layers and IPC-certified PCB capability.
Projects may be completed hourly or through clearly defined milestones. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, laboratory certification, paid software/services, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
