Idea → Architecture → Circuit Design → PCB Development → Prototype Bring-Up → Validation → Manufacturing Handover
I am usually brought in when hardware is commercially important, technically complex, or expensive to get wrong—whether converting a proof of concept into custom electronics, reviewing a design before fabrication, resolving an unstable prototype, or preparing a product for manufacturing.
I provide end-to-end support across hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB design, prototype validation, firmware coordination, enclosure integration, manufacturing preparation, and production support.
Clients engage me for:
✅ Converting Arduino, STM32, ESP32, nRF52/nRF53, NXP, TI, i.MX, Raspberry Pi, and other prototypes into custom electronics
✅ Finalizing hardware architecture before major development expenditure
✅ Developing analog, digital, power, RF, wireless, sensing, battery-powered, low-power, high-current, high-voltage, and mixed-signal hardware
✅ Reviewing schematics and PCB layouts before fabrication or production release
✅ Correcting noisy, unstable, thermally stressed, or unreliable designs
✅ Preparing electronics for EMI/EMC testing and manufacturing
My PCB experience includes designs up to 32 layers, controlled impedance, differential pairs, length matching, high-speed interfaces, HDI, blind and buried vias, advanced stackups, compact placement, signal and power integrity, grounding, thermal planning, antenna placement, RF keepouts, DFM, DFA, and DFT.
Primary tools: Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, EAGLE, and Proteus. I also create symbols, footprints, and 3D library data.
My design reviews cover architecture, interfaces, power trees, component selection, protection, grounding, return paths, thermal behaviour, RF performance, testability, lifecycle risk, sourcing, assembly, EMI/EMC exposure, and manufacturing constraints. Findings are prioritised by severity.
Relevant experience includes industrial automation, IoT, wearables, medical electronics, automotive hardware, consumer electronics, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, GNSS, RF systems, battery-powered products, power management, and reverse engineering.
I work directly with clients and remain involved in architecture, critical technical decisions, design reviews, and communication.
No unexplained handoffs. No guesswork hidden behind design files. No disappearance after the first prototype.
I am best suited to serious projects where reliability, performance, communication, and production readiness matter more than the lowest quotation.
Share your product objective, development stage, available files, key technical concern, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, and compliance requirements.
Work Terms
I provide electronics product development, hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB design, PCB review, prototyping, testing, EMI/EMC preparation, and manufacturing support.
✅ Engagement Model
Projects may be hourly, milestone-based, or phased. For complex products, I begin with architecture review and requirement finalization before circuit or PCB design starts.
✅ Development Process
Requirements → Architecture Finalization → Circuit Design → PCB Layout → Design Review → Manufacturing Files → Prototype Bring-Up → Testing → Manufacturing Handover
✅ Scope and Estimates
Estimates are based on available information. Changes in specifications, interfaces, enclosure, compliance needs, component availability, or deliverables may affect effort, schedule, and cost. Additional work is discussed before proceeding.
✅ Communication
I provide regular updates and milestone discussions through Guru. Clients should share complete requirements, reference files, mechanical constraints, expected quantities, compliance targets, and timely feedback.
✅ Deliverables
Depending on scope, deliverables may include architecture documents, schematics, PCB source files, Gerber/ODB++, BOM, Pick-and-Place files, fabrication notes, design-review reports, test plans, prototype findings, and manufacturing documentation.
✅ Payments and External Costs
Work begins after the agreed milestone or hourly arrangement is funded. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, certification, and third-party services are separate unless included.
✅ Revisions and Ownership
Reasonable revisions within the approved scope are included. New requirements or major redesigns are additional work. Final editable files and agreed IP are transferred after full payment.
✅ Quality Commitment
My focus is robust, reliable, manufacturable, production-ready electronics—not only a PCB that works once. I can remain involved through design review, prototype bring-up, debugging, validation, and production support.
