(i)  Transcription

I provide highly accurate transcriptions for audio and video files including interviews, webinars, meetings, podcasts, and documentaries. These include (a) Clean verbatim or full verbatim styles (b) Timestamps, speaker identification (iii) Accents, multiple speakers, and noisy audio (iv) Languages: Amharic and English. Tools I can use: Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Descript

(ii) Annotation

I deliver high-quality data annotation for machine learning and AI projects including image, audio, video, and text data. Types of Annotation: (a) semantic segmentation, (ii) Image classification and labeling, (iii) Audio tagging and transcription alignment and (iv) NLP text annotation. Tools I can use: Label box and Prodigy

(iii) Data entry and Analysis

I have expert level exposure and experience in (a) Data Input: Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems from various sources (paper, digital, audio), (b) Data Cleaning: Correcting errors, formatting inconsistencies, and removing duplicates. (c) Data Verification: Cross-checking and validating information for accuracy and completeness. (d) Data Categorization: Sorting and organizing data into logical groups or categories (e) Data Conversion: Transferring data between formats (PDF to Excel, handwritten to digital, etc.) (f) 
Database Maintenance: Regularly reviewing and maintaining datasets for consistency and performance. (g) Online Research: Gathering data from online sources and entering it systematically and (h)Document Management: Scanning, naming, and organizing digital files.
