I worked for 4 years and 6 months as a customer service representative in the BPO and virtual industry. I also have over 1 year of experience doing appointment settings for real estate and life insurance for veterans.

In my previous position as a CSR, I handled inbound and outbound calls to resolve customers' issues and concerns through phone and email. This includes processing refunds, discounts, order maintenance, and tickets. 

In my previous position as an Appointment Setter, I contact prospective leads by phone to explain our products and services. I follow a script-driven call flow and handle objections and questions. In addition, I input the data into the CRM and attempt to contact prospective leads whom I have been unable to reach.
