3D Archhitectural Rendering may include the following:
✔ 3d modeling from CAD or BIM documentation, 3D model and/or sketches delivered by the client
✔ Preparation of camera and points of view to be captured with an approximate height of the human eye
✔ Setting the scene with furniture and ornamentation
✔ Selection and configuration of materials and textures present in the scene
✔ Appropriate lighting setup
✔ Customer review prior to rendering
✔ Rendering and post-production
✔ Delivery of images in JPEG or PNG format, with a resolution between 1280x720 px and 3840x2160 px
