✅ CAN, LIN-related hardware support, UART, USB, Ethernet, wireless, GNSS, sensor, display, camera-support, relay, and actuator interfaces as applicable
✅ Controller architecture, MCU selection, diagnostics, programming, debug, connector selection, and field-service considerations
✅ PCB layout for noise, grounding, thermal cycling, vibration-aware mechanical coordination, current handling, and enclosure constraints
✅ Component selection with temperature, lifecycle, sourcing, derating, and production availability in mind
✅ Prototype bring-up, bench validation, fault testing, and manufacturing handover

ENGINEERING APPROACH
I normally begin by reviewing the product objective, development stage, available files, interfaces, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, operating environment, compliance targets, and the client’s main technical concern. For complex work, architecture review and finalization are completed before detailed circuit or PCB design begins.

Automotive-grade qualification, functional safety, homologation, and regulatory approval depend on the final application and must be defined separately. This service focuses on robust hardware engineering and documented design decisions.

Suitable for trackers, data loggers, control modules, accessories, fleet devices, transportation monitoring, telematics-support hardware, and vehicle-connected products.

Projects may be completed hourly or through clearly defined milestones. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, laboratory certification, paid software/services, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
