I worked for one of the largest BPO companies in the world and have experience as a customer service representative (general care, retention, acquisition) as well as inbound and outbound sales, mostly through phone, however have the skills to offer my services via email as well. I worked for multiple years as a Quality analyst and excelled in that position. I have some management experience. Customer service is an area that I have always been fascinated with, being a customer myself I believe it's very important to leave a good impression and help our customers in any way that we can.
