BIM Architecture Modeling may include the following:
✔ BIM Revit modeling from CAD or PDF documentation, 3D model and/or sketches delivered by the client
✔ Modeling of the following categories: Walls, Doors, Windows, Components, Columns, Roofs, Ceilings, Floors, Curtain grids and Mullions, Stairs, Railings and any annotation to complement the drawings so that they can be understood.
✔ Schedules/Quantities charts
✔ LOD 300 (Level of development may be discussed as needed by the client)
✔ BIM model file (.rvt extention or any export format needed)
