BIM Structure Modeling may include the following:
✔ BIM Revit modeling from CAD or PDF documentation, 3D model and/or sketches delivered by the client
✔ Modeling of the following categories: Structural Framing (Beams), Structural Walls, Structural Columns, Structural Components, Structural Floors and Slabs, Trusses, Braces, Beam Systems, Foundaions, Rebar, Stairs, and any annotation to complement the drawings so that they can be understood.
✔ Schedules/Quantities charts
✔ LOD 300 (Level of development may be discussed as needed by the client)
✔ BIM model file (.rvt extention or any export format needed)
