Some of the duties I perform, in QBO QB Desk, Sage, Simply Accounting, Wave, and Freshbooks; are:

  1. Recording Financial Transactions:

  2. Accounts Payable:

    • Manage vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and process payments.
  3. Accounts Receivable:

    • Generate and send customer invoices, and track and follow up on overdue payments.
  4. Bank Reconciliation:

    • Match transactions in the company's financial records with those in bank statements.
    • Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Payroll Processing:

    • Calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related tasks.
