I've been with the insurance company from being an associate to quality analyst, and now as Business & Data Analyst which caters global reports including Europe, North & Latin America, UK, Middle East, and Asia which focus on SLA and KPI. I usually produce dashboards for the business, generate and build reports for stakeholders. During quarterly meeting, I present my report in the form of PowerPoint decks flashed on screen. I have daily and weekly scheduled meetings with business partners. I work independently and able to construct business decisions by myself.
