After one year of tirelessly serving as a Staff & Emergency Nurse, and becoming a mom at the age of 23, I was inspired to venture myself into a different career path. This brought me to enter a fast-pacing BPO insurance company 6 years ago.
Fast forward to the present day, being a part of Global Service Delivery Team has let me showcase my potentials and abilities. I was able to contribute to process improvement thru my unique and realistic initiatives and solutions. My daily task involves using skills such as Microsoft office, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, brainstorming, and the likes.
Aside from working on reports and communicate directly with our business partners, I diligently participate in several company events which promote employee engagement where I can manifest my creative spirit.
One of my hobbies is reading blogs and articles which influenced me to receive writing projects from several clients online providing them articles, critical reviews, questionnaires, hand-outs, and etc.
Being a supportive and attentive team-player, I love collaborating with diverse people within and outside my network.
Work Terms
I am available at least 5 to 8 hours a day, most probably on weekends. I prefer that my services are to be paid on a weekly basis. I am responsive most of the time and I expect that my client be the same. I work independently and do my own research if something's unclear before I shoot a question to my client.
