The reason why I am applying for positions using this platform is because I am always interested into learn new things that can help me to grow and also facilitate the exploration of needs among different companies and campaingns, i am able to create different motivational activities, i have the skills and thought processes to assist the individuals and campaign metrics in making real, lasting positive change. I would like to provide support in order to apply problem solving to complex challenges by focusing on the critical and emergency issues, also identified what are the main drivers running our business performance. I also wanted to demonstrate my ability to work with people across all levels in an organization to make a healthy work environment and a way easer to share ideas to reach our common objective which is having a successful business. During this to years as a coach I was able to demonstrate my capability to handle difficult situations and still get a positive result of it, I am ready to take new responsibilities and embrace new changes that are attached to this role.
