I'm looking for a small medium businesses who can outsource their products and services. I have experience in Customer Service. I started working in a call center way back 2006. I had an experience working with credit card acquisitions, technical support with Verizon, I also worked with Telstra in Australia., I also have an experience with Cigna Dental as a Customer Service Associate. And also with as a dispatch/virtual assistant with a security company in NY, I worked 5 years in this company and I can say I am an knowledgeable in doing dispatch job. Now, I'm starting my own center and I'm handling a sign up campaign.
