I worked in a call center industry for 5 years as a customer care and technical support representative. I have an experience in voice,email and chat support. I worked as a technical support representative for Samsung Electronics of America for 3 years and received multiple awards for being the top performer of the company. I was also promoted as an assistant team support leader.
I also worked for Dell Computers for almost 2 years and supported customers in UK and Ireland. Being a multi skill agent I was given a task to handle voice,chat and email support.
I also worked with Sprint Telecommunication as a Customer Care Representative in United States of America. I handled inquiries in billing,product and basic technical issues.
I graduated college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am knowledgeable in computer. I resigned in my office based job because I want to work from home for full time.
