My name is Joaquin Rincon, I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in Urbanization and land Planning. I have been in the business for 30 years. Throughout my career, I have worked in both the public and private sectors. Within the public sector, mainly dealing with roadwork design and all it entitles. As for the private sector, dealing with stakeholders, developers and architects in designing small and large scale residential, commercial and industrial projects as well as subdivision design. The work included: street and lot layout, setback criteria, depending on the project; parking lot calculations, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculations as well as Lot Coverage (LC) calculations, determining the setback criteria, handicapped requirements, landscaping, grading and drainage. As far as architectural design, determining building footprints and building elevations, sections, floor plans, door and window schedules and more. The software I use in order to get the work done and accomplish the task at hand: Autocad, Autocad Civil 3D, Qgis, HecRas and Lidar. As far as architectural design: Revit Architecture as well as Sketchup. I also have field experience in dealing with the different type of projects mentioned above. The reason I mention this is simply because when it comes to designing the work and due to my field experience, I can do it alot quicker than most. In closing I would like to mention that my work is very professional and I always deliver on time. I'm very well spoken and easy to get along with. I'm 100% bilingual in English and Spanish both oral and written.
