At RR & R Investment - Construction Development LLC we always strive to be the best. We are based out of Tucson, Arizona and a company that fluctuates between 10 and 20 employees.

At RR &R we always strive to be the best in what we do. My name is Joaquin Rincon and I'm the sole owner of the company. We have been in business since 2014 and we deal with both the public as well as the private sectors. We are very experienced in both fields specially in dealing with public authorities either holding meetings out in the office.

In most cases we do both design as well as field work or construction supervision - surveillance. Within the public sector, mainly dealing with roadway design and all it encompasses including grading and drainage, profile views, running earthwork calculations (Cut and Fill), any underground utilities, irrigation and landscaping and more.

As for the private sector and dealing with architects and developers or stakeholders; we have done small and large scale commercial, industrial projects as well as subdivisions. The work includes designing the site - concept plan, street and lot layout, building footprints, applying the required setback criteria, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculations, Lot Coverage (LC) calculations, the required parking spaces including any handicapped measures required, required building heights and more. All of this always following thee local building and zoning standards whether dealing with the County or City and the local State in case of public work and the roadway design just mentioned.

As far as working with online platforms in freelancing; I handle that on my own. I have been doing freelance work since December of 2020 and have done very well handling this matter. Besides the work I have running within my company I always find the time in order to do the freelance work with no schedule always open to the work that comes.

Work Terms

The company hours of operation the field crew usually begins at 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and depending on the time of year. The office crew begins at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. As fatr as the freelancing that I handle no time limit. My hourly fee for the freelance services varies anywhere between $50.00 - $150.00 per hour.
