Ru\Eng Community Management

The Russian-speaking  market is currently one of the biggest in the world, but, not as popular as it possibly could be. A lot of companies loose their incomes while not paying the needed attention to it. The specificy of this area is that most of Russian-speaking consumers have hard times trying to pass through the huge amount of English letters and most of them literally give up.  To cut a long story short, that means that having a Russian Community Manager opens a lot of doors and gives lots of opportunities.

In this case, I offer my skills and abilities in Community Management, Russian to English and English to Russian translations and Customer Support. I have a 2 year experience in moderating a 10k+ users Discord server and 9 months of experience in Community Management and Customer Support. My experience mostly lies in the field of PC games, but I also used to create and translate VK, FB and Twitter posts, collect Community feedback and create FAQs for Discord, VK and Customer Support.
