The structure, layout, colors, typography, and section sequence outlined there should guide the design of the entire site. Please follow that document closely as you build the remaining pages so the final site reflects the structure that has already been planned. The overall tone of the site should feel calm, clear, and spacious, with generous line spacing and readable text, since many visitors will be older adults. The pages to be designed are: • Home • Client Stories • Services • Resources • Contact Please begin by completing the full home page using the structure in the document. Once the home page layout is finalized, the remaining pages should follow the same visual system. Let me know if anything in the document is unclear before proceeding.   It is difficult to gauge or evaluate the progress with this milestone. It has taken much longer than ISL projected at this stage. They are attentive to our feedbacks and seem to work laboriously to make sure that we appreciate their work. Our biggest concern as with most software projects, is function. ISL assures us that the next milestone will have most of the software fully functional. Maria and Yousef are patient with us and explain and show virtually how the completed milestone software works. All feedbacks are corrected, though it takes more time. Maria is optimistic and seems very confident that the software foundation has been built and that the system outcome will function as requested/designed. Maria and Yousef are very pleasant and gracious people. We have asked that the next milestone be a part of the first as it is the most critical to workflow. ISL insisted that it simply was not possible, and that they needed to build the design in such a way that the workflow milestone would function properly with other elements of the system. We remain concerned and anticipate the next milestone to function as expected and then to be able to assess skill of ISL team more realistically.
