- Content quality of all content whether in-house or outsourced with a scope that includes proof-reading, reviewing content, raising flags, communicate issues to Third party. - Manage a team of reviewers for different countries to meet quality standards. - Report weekly, monthly the performance of content providers and services quality. - Responsible of maintaining quality standards and assessing the needed guidelines for each country serving. - Report detected common mistakes from duplication, spelling mistakes, out of context messaging and assessing report with each content provider. Other Tasks: - Assist in rewriting of process manual document for all departments across the organization.
