Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I was in the Business Processing Operations industry for almost 3 years. I was a Customer Service Representative to a US-based financial institution catering debit cards. As a Customer Service Representative, I dealt with difficult people and irate customers. I handled them as professional as can be but also being sensitive to their current situation. I learned how to be a good listener and became extremely flexible and can adapt to different cultures and different people. Then, I was promoted to the Risk-Processing Operations and became a Compliance Specialist. As a Compliance Specialist, I need to be detail-oriented because I handled administrative tasks focusing on compliance and fraud. It sharpened my keenness so I always set the accuracy and quality of my work at 100%. I decided to venture into online jobs and freelancing which gave me the opportunity to come out from my comfort zone and learn new things. I was an Online English Tutor to Japanese students. I have also tried transcription jobs and call reviewing. In my leisure time, I read. I read anything in any form of media (newspaper, magazines, books, and blogs). And through reading, I discovered my passion and love for writing. Now, I casually write poems, short stories, and articles. I am flexible in any job. Yes, I don’t have that much experience but I am ready and determined to learn and be trained. I would diligently research information that will significantly benefit me in completing my tasks and meet my future client’s expectations. I hope I could find a client that is willing to give me the opportunity to grow. Let me be a part of your project and work hand-in-hand and be part of each other’s growth and success.
