I am a computer literate and studied Bachelor of Science and Information Technology. I worked as an intern in an IT company who handles Search Engine Optimization services for almost a year. My job was almost the same to a Data Entry level associate who manages clients' details, finding directories for data entry and help rank their websites higher in search engines. With that, I'm already trained of securing clients' sensitive or private information. I decided to expand my experience working with clients' and apply as a Customer Service Associate. I'm currently in my 2 years of assisting US and Canada based customers. I can do phone and email support. For almost a year, I was working with one of the biggest e-commerce company in the US dealing sellers. Right now, I am working with one of the trusted banks in the US, dealing customers' financials and disputes. I can do work with clients on their most preferable time as I can easily adjust with the schedules.
