Profile customers, perform Customer Due Diligence, ask needs based questions in a bid to know the customer (KYC) and resolve their needs effectively and efficiently. Deepen customer relationships in the personal banking segment. Enhance customer retention. Proactively drive sales and ensure referrals are generated from new and existing customers. Liaise with call center/online departments regarding targets and clients complaints.
