I have 5years of experience in the field of customer service, technical support and sales specialy telemarketing for solar panels in a large call center. Im a very fast learner and if there is any changes requested I adapt very fast to change. I like to get involed in every aspect of my job, if I feel I need to make any changes when it come to getting the customers needs and taking ownership of the problema i do them changes just to make the customer feel satisfied of the help or support given to him even though in some cases you are not able to solve the problem. By taking ownership and showing sympathy the customer leaves feeling great with the service given.
