I always make sure the customer comes first and find the best resolution to his or her issues/complaint/request for information. I make sure I am knowledgeable of the product (s) in that I can help the client 100%. Furthermore, I am a quick learner. Once I read on the product or I am given essential information, I am able to grasp it right away. The last three customer service positions that I had, I was the top performer. I am interested in learning and keeping up to date in the company. Companies constantly change with innovation and as an employee, it is my responsibility to keep up.
