Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary instructions and support (B2C). 
- Promote and market client products to international audiences (B2B and B2C). 
- Manage client relationships and perform consistent follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
- Lead and supervise a team of 15 members as a Team Leader / Business Development Executive, driving performance and achieving targets. 
- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and live chats regarding products and services. 
- Oversee payment collections and follow up on ongoing projects. 
- Conducted and coordinated official meetings, maintained staff records, and managed administrative functions efficiently.
