I specialize first and foremost in Customer Service. My philosophy is to always give the clients the experience of Joy every time they encounter my brand of service. That for me is Customer Satisfaction. That is, Not only giving them the utmost professional help that they can get but more so, the different experience that they will receive every time they encounter my service. Given my style of service, it is always coupled with my knowledge in both Inbound and outbound calls, Chat support, and the use of different office skills like utilizing Ms office, as well as overseeing the performance of the employees.
