Hello, I am Ludy Dutaro. I am an undergraduate of Financial Management. I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years now. Some of my BPO experience has been handling incoming calls for billing and invoice (Canadian account), sales and technical support (US account), order provisioning for phone and internet(Australian account) and most recently, customer service for a lingerie account. I also have a health and wellness business that gave me me experience on social media marketing. I have an excellent English communication skills (oral and written), a typing speed of 54 wpm with 100?curacy, and a very friendly personality. I am a team player, flexible and dependable, effective in decision making and multi tasking capabilities, time management and meeting deadlines efficiently, detail orientated, highly motivated, also, I am willing to work overtime just to get the job done. I go above and beyond the expectations and would make an excellent addition to any company. I am willing to contribute in any way I can. This means I am willing to take a variety of shifts to help the organization. I have a very flexible schedule and can be adaptable with my hours to fill in whenever you need me. My greatest strength is my attention to details. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it get done, and is on time.
