The last company i have worked with is Australian based company called 2Airport Pty Ltd for more than a year. Mostly my job is to help and support customers on how to book online or if the customers is having a problem on how to make payments and also if they have issues with the drivers. My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments. Last year, I'm working as a CHAT ASSOCIATE for Convergys, where my responsibilities includes handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds, credits and adjustments, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors, providing back-up cashiering during busy periods, billing, simple technical issues, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions and this is for three different accounts which is the AT&T, DIRECTV and UVERSE handling two customers at the same time. Previously, I worked with Transworld System Incorporated as a DEBT COLLECTOR. In these positions, we usually help a lot of people who are in debt that are not capable to pay their debt in full. As a debt collector most people would think that we are very harsh by collecting their debts but what we actually do is listen when speaking to a debtor, it is important to listen why they are in debt. This will help the debt collector to determine a solution. I also worked as a CREDIT ANALYST for EQUIFAX USA. In these position, we check, review and analyze all the customers concerns with their credit file and making sure everything is accurately identified and addressed. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a promo-girl for San Miguel and Sales Associate for Genevieve Gozum I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (business major).
