I have been with customer service for more than a decade and have done support over the phone, via live chat or via email. I have handled accounts involving hardware service calls, telecom billing and activations, and shipping. I have received commendations from my clients in the past. I believe that no matter how great you've done on your work, it's still your customers who will rate you accordingly based on whether you have met their expectation, thus, it is always best to deliver what's being asked before going the extra mile. Putting myself on my customer's shoes makes me think of ways to provide them great customer experience.
