I have served as a Team Leader for more than 4 years (including 6 months as a Manager). I can provide phone, ticket, email and chat support to the customers. I have worked with different ticketing tools like Remedy, Sys-Aid, Service-now, Salesforce (as CRM), Footprint, Team Dynamix, KACE, Jitbit etc. I have got good experience in doing capacity planning and excel data analysis to work towards the growth of the business. I understand the criticality of meeting SLAs and have always worked to increase the productivity without compromising with the quality.
