In the past, I have gained a lot of experience in handling customer service. If you are looking for someone who can answer a high number of calls per day and resolve issues quickly with minimal supervision that is exactly what I am capable of and prepared to do. As a Customer Service Representative, I maintain a high degree of professionalism, following policy and procedures but can still go extra mile in each and every customer that I will encounter. In addition, I know my skills will guarantee that I am able to start the position successfully even though I don’t have any experience yet as a Virtual Assistant.
