Hi, 

I am a Data Entry Specialist aiming to enter or update and organize data the way easy for access, use, and work with it. 

I have been assisting businesses since 2013 to achieve their goals and individuals to free their time by entering data in different databases custom/online, and MS Office/Google documents. 


Before freelancing I have owned small business (services) for 1 year and worked in worked in telecommunications (Telenor Serbia with revenue of €394.49 million in 2017) for 8 years (4 years in the position of Expert team officer (Technical support 2nd line of 3), 3 years in the position of GPRS support officer (Technical support 1st line)) and 1 year in the position of Call Center Representative). 


During my freelance work and work for Telenor, I have entered data in many different software and databases including BSCS by Ericsson, Online CRM software Hire Rise, HubSpot, Bitrix24, and others, custom-made software for keeping information about customer requests, MS Office documents, Google sheets and much more. 

Among others, I have supported the telecommunication company to increase the number of customers who use the internet over telecommunication network by entering data daily into the custom-made database where I have identified information about phones which telecommunication network has not been able to identify automatically and have added/corrected them manually. It has also positively influenced customer satisfaction, the highest company's priority.
