I worked for a Cyber Cafe Franchising business as a Food and Beverage Officer. The year 2015, they decided to venture into the food business, planning to put up a food stand inside their branches to generate more sales, I was one of the pioneering employees for the department, I've been part of the research and development, training, and operations team. At first, I was very confused about what my job description really is because, since we were a small team, we had to adjust and be flexible in achieving any given tasks. But I enjoyed every piece of it because I was able to learn new skills in the field of business. In the span of two years, we were able to launch 10 branches. But as of now, I decided to part ways with the team because I no longer see growth and some personal reasons. I also worked for a BPO Company as a customer support agent for almost two years. I assist customers from the US daily in purchasing and selling items on eBay. In the span of two years I gained a deep understanding of good quality customer service, being selfless and going the extra mile, specially the fact that we can only assist customers over the phone, without being able to see them face to face, smile at them, giving them a tap on the back or even a handshake. It was really difficult to please different kinds of people but it was very fulfilling and rewarding when I get to help and resolve their problems by just talking to them over the phone. I must say this is the part that I enjoy the most. As a general VA, my strongest qualities are, I am very loyal to the company, I don't easily give up if all else fails, I always look forward to the future. I am hungry to learn, I believe that learning doesn't stop at school. I am trainable and understands that there are certain requirements that need to be achieved to produce good quality work.
