Verification or editing of data as it is entered may be necessary for the data entry operator, or this task may fall to another person. The information may be extracted from audio files, scanned papers, or handwritten forms.

Data Entry is crucial in the current environment where businesses are hiring people on a contract basis and are considering ways to cut costs. I gather their data and store it in a digital database, which they subsequently process in various ways.
