I'm developing a new DIGICISU Solutions framework to improve organizational resilience, resource efficiency, and business performance by combining insights-driven decision making, sustainability innovations and Lean-Agile development.

#Data2Insights consulting helps to make more informed decisions and identify the best course of action in highly uncertain & complex situations. This is connected to #Growth2Impact coaching where I help to define impact objectives and develop data-driven solutions, metrics and tools to track progress towards these. This is often followed up with impact assessments of chosen decisions and actions. I flexibly combine my skills in information management, resource efficiency, data analytics, Agile and systems thinking to make it all happen. Everything is developed in co-creation with the clients and their stakeholders. 

Depending on the nature of problem either hourly pricing model or outcome based is proposed.

In general I prefer outcome-based pricing to promote common trust on the results of my work and to reduce financial risk for the client. Usually I suggest first invoice to take place once 1/3th or 1/4th of the outcome is delivered.   

For well defined and scoped projects I'm open to discuss a hourly rate of 150USD/EUR in average with a flexibility to decrease or increase -+25-50USD/EUR based on how challenging the anticipated work is, how well it fits to my core expertise and what is the value or impact of desired outcomes.
