People often say I have a rare combination of having strong business acumen and being technically skilled; I combine my deep business development, data, sustainability and strategy consulting skills with strong foundations in creative problem-solving and agile/lean mindset. As a neo-generalist I'm naturally switching from making reactive and experiment-driven actions to deeply analyzing and understanding the current state, as needed. I have strong entrepreneurial drive and value high integrity. I wish not to waste anyone's time, so I'll ask tough questions to get to the root of the problem, work hands-on and take the lead when needed.
Work Terms
Until end of March I'm open to discuss lower fees to screen my services. First step in Data2Insights without charge.
Flexibly available starting from 2th January. Depending on the nature of problem either hourly pricing model or outcome based is proposed.
In general I prefer outcome-based pricing to promote common trust on the results of my work and to reduce financial risk for the client. Usually I suggest first invoice to take place once 1/3th or 1/4th of the outcome is delivered.
For well defined and scoped projects I'm open to discuss a hourly rate of 150USD/EUR in average with a flexibility to decrease or increase -+25-50USD/EUR based on how challenging the anticipated work is, how well it fits to my core expertise and what is the value or impact of desired outcomes.
