I’m a Telephony & DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in VoIP systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation, helping businesses build robust, scalable, and intelligent communication platforms.
I specialize in Avaya (CM, AES, SBC, AEP, AXP, SMGR Avaya SMB Products), Cisco CUCM, and FreeSWITCH environments—designing and integrating complete SIP-based telephony systems, IVRs, and CTI workflows. I’ve led API-driven integration projects across platforms and automated backend processes using Python, Bash, and REST APIs.
On the DevOps side, I develop full-stack CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, manage containerized deployments via Docker and Kubernetes, and deploy real-time monitoring stacks using Prometheus and Grafana. I’ve automated production environments, performed RCA and hardening, and supported mission-critical systems under strict SLAs.
I’m also building deep expertise in cloud technologies—working with VMware, AWS fundamentals, and container orchestration tools. I’m actively learning and applying cloud-native DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) Ansible, serverless workflows, and cost-optimized deployment strategies. This enables me to support hybrid and cloud-first architectures as clients transition to the cloud.
Key Deliverables:
Telephony system design, integration, and troubleshooting (Avaya, Cisco, FreeSWITCH)
End-to-end CI/CD automation with Jenkins, Git, Python, Docker, K8s
