It all started with a curiosity: "How do machines talk to each other?"
That single question led me down the path of telecom engineering, scripting, and eventually into the world of DevOps, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve transformed from a system troubleshooter into a solution architect—designing and automating modern voice infrastructures for global telecom and enterprise clients. From integrating SIP-based communication systems like Avaya and Cisco CUCM, to automating deployment pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes—I’ve learned how to bring structure, speed, and reliability to critical production environments.

One of my proudest achievements was leading the integration of Mega with Avaya AXP on the public cloud—optimizing real-time call routing while automating monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana. I’ve also built AI-powered chatbots using Gemini and OpenAI APIs to automate backend tasks and reduce dependency on manual processes.

Whether it’s migrating legacy systems to cloud, hardening telephony security with SBCs, or writing Python scripts that streamline PostgreSQL database operations, I approach every project with the same goal: make systems smarter, faster, and easier to maintain.
