 This service is ideal for Startups entering production, manufacturers, product and operations teams. It is structured for commercially serious projects where reliability, performance, documentation, communication, and production readiness matter more than simply completing a drawing.
 
 SERVICE SCOPE
 
 ✅ DFM, DFA, and DFT review covering board geometry, stackup, drill/via rules, copper, solder mask, silkscreen, panel needs, fiducials, tooling, and assembly access
 ✅ Footprint, courtyard, polarity, orientation, paste, thermal-pad, package, connector, and mechanical checks
 ✅ BOM review for lifecycle, availability, lead time, alternates, minimum order, package risk, cost drivers, and sourcing concentration
 ✅ Pick-and-Place, drawings, fabrication notes, assembly notes, test points, programming access, serialization, and inspection requirements
 ✅ Manufacturing-package generation and controlled release of source and output files
 ✅ CM/assembler query support, first-article review, issue resolution, and production feedback incorporation when included

 ENGINEERING APPROACH
 
 I normally begin by reviewing the product objective, development stage, available files, interfaces, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, operating environment, compliance targets, and the client’s main technical concern. For complex work, architecture review and finalization are completed before detailed circuit or PCB design begins.
 
 A prototype that works once may still be difficult to source, assemble, inspect, program, test, repair, or reproduce. This service focuses on closing those production gaps before volume increases.
 
 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
 
 Suitable for pre-production review, prototype-to-production transition, supplier change, cost reduction, BOM risk reduction, and manufacturing-file preparation.
 
 Projects may be completed hourly or through clearly defined milestones. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, laboratory certification, paid software/services, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
 
 To receive an accurate scope, please share the product requirements, existing schematic or PCB files, block diagram, datasheets, mechanical information, expected deliverables, target schedule, and any known technical issues.
