My name is David and I am in the US music industry for more than 20 years providing professional advices to major artists, publishers, production companies & major labels. I own 2 music publishing/production companies & a management company globally affiliated with UMG, Sony Music, Warner & tv channels. I also have a degree in music business. I know it is pricey for indie artists to hire legal attorneys for contract advices and it is vulnerable without knowing what you are signing for. The fee that I am charging here is not even enough to buy myself a drink, but I am here to give back to the new generation of the music industry, and I take it as a token of your appreciation and good fortune. Do not trust anyone to draft your music contract if they don't practice in the States. DISCLAIMER: MY AGREEMENT/CONTRACT FOR GUIDELINE PURPOSES ONLY AND IT ONLY REFLECTS PERSONAL VIEW. ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A REPUTABLE ATTORNEY PRIOR TO SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT! In general it takes me 7-10 days to draft a contract. If you need it fast, you'd need to pay extra as described below: - I can do additional revision for an additional $15 The buyer needs to send the contract agreement if it is for review purpose. If the buyer want me to draft the contract then he/she should give you all the information and clauses that is expected.

    My second hire on GURU, i was using Freelancer, but not a very good platform many people looking for hire are not upfront and honest with there bid and work. Beside that... I'm very very satisfied with the person that hire many great strong points great communication, quick turn around, and did exactly as mention in the 1st email. I could be any happier, and after the first purchased i then hired him again to do the second job. Great asset to GURU....
