I am previously worked as an Email Support Representative for a Local Online Shopping. We do send emails to follow up deliveries, inquiries from the customers and basic information about updates of this platform using Zendesk, Google sheets, spreadsheets and Excel for other reports.I have worked also on different tools like CRM, although I am far from being an expert at it and I'm willing to take another training to work best with any tools. I can work less supervision and easy to learn. I want a long-term and stable job where I can help my family and also help you build your business.
