- Attend meetings for Process updates
- Develop instructions manual for the process team
- Coaching/Training
- Make sure to be on top of everything
- Support US counterpart
- Pull out and send reports
- Set-up clients in the system
- Update client rosters
- Onboard/Terminate employees
- Analyze, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve cases/issues App users are experiencing
- Helpdesk Support (e-mail and chat thru the App's Support feature)
- Knowledgeable in Rundeck Jobs
- Uses tools like Salesforce, Slack, Mixpanel and Rundeck-Source
RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
-Job posting on social media and job portal
-Background checking of possible employees
-201 filing
-Conducts provincial interview thru phone and/or skype.
-Conducts screening of potential candidates
-Basically does initial process before on boarding.
-End to end Recruitment
-Sends weekly and monthly report to keep track on the processed applicants.
-Conducts training for service crew who passed initial processes.
- Conducts face to face initial interviews and also through phone.
- Conducts Orientation for the applicants who were endorsed to a call center training.
