I help clients convert an ESP32, STM32, nRF52/nRF53, NXP, TI, or similar development-board prototype into compact, reliable custom electronics.
This service is ideal for Embedded startups, product developers, automation and IoT teams. It is structured for commercially serious projects where reliability, performance, documentation, communication, and production readiness matter more than simply completing a drawing.
SERVICE SCOPE
✅ MCU selection, memory, clocks, reset, boot configuration, programming/debug, and firmware-interface review
✅ USB, UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet, audio, display, storage, sensor, motor, relay, and actuator integration
✅ Wi-Fi/BLE/RF module integration, antenna placement, keepouts, power integrity, and low-power design
✅ Battery, charging, power conversion, protection, ESD, transient handling, and field-interface robustness
✅ Custom schematic, multilayer PCB, component libraries, 3D checks, manufacturing outputs, and bring-up support
✅ Firmware-hardware coordination to reduce board-spin risk
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
✅ Editable schematic and PCB source files
✅ BOM, Gerber/ODB++, drill, Pick-and-Place, drawings, PDFs, and STEP model
✅ Programming/debug notes, pin map, interface document, and test plan
ENGINEERING APPROACH
I normally begin by reviewing the product objective, development stage, available files, interfaces, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, operating environment, compliance targets, and the client’s main technical concern. For complex work, architecture review and finalization are completed before detailed circuit or PCB design begins.
The design is reviewed for boot states, strapping pins, debug access, power sequencing, flash/programming, RF layout, current peaks, unused-pin handling, peripheral voltage compatibility, and production testability.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Ideal for IoT nodes, industrial controllers, wireless products, sensor devices, automation systems, handheld equipment, and connected consumer products.
Projects may be completed hourly or through clearly defined milestones. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, laboratory certification, paid software/services, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
To receive an accurate scope, please share the product requirements, existing schematic or PCB files, block diagram, datasheets, mechanical information, expected deliverables, target schedule, and any known technical issues.
