Among my top skills I would highlight the administrative skills, such as offering administrative support, handling appointments, calendar management, record keeping, travel arrangements. Next would be the written and verbal communication skills, showcasing managing relationships with clients, handling correspondence, processing telephone calls and requests. I also have strong computer and technical skills (coordinating video&audio conference calls, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Word, etc) and interpersonal skills, like accuracy, ability to follow directions, diplomatic and motivated personality). I’ve stared working as an Executive Assistant starting with 2002, covering small and large businesses such as working for Metro Cash&Carry, McKinsey&Company and currently working for the British Embassy in Bucharest as the Head of the Ambassador’s Office. I’ve worked with small and large teams, focusing on various taks that sometimes exceeded my job description, eg working for a short period of time as a Staffing Coordinator within the HR department at McKinsey&Company. I love my work as an Executive Assistant as I believe that due to my strong skills and experience I bring value to the team/organization I’m assigned to work with and I enjoy every minute of my work. My interests are reading, art and music. I’m a very creative person, interested in making paper collages, handmade toys and crocheted items.
