Hi! I am Chynna Nova S. Ong, 8 live in Ozamiz City, Philippines. 25years old and single. I'm an HRM by degree but i have also an experience in banking industry to be exact i was a Sales Associate at Security Bank way back 2017. But in my first job, i was a front office associate in a resort i do the check in and check out procedure, assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way, room selling through telephone, telephone operator and ability to promote excellent and quality customer service. I also work in a Government Sector but that was just contractual, a 6 months contract. In my recent experience in Security Bank i was a sales associate. I am responsible in generating customer leads for the branch, this includes prospecting via telemarketing and building to building mapping to individual and corporate clients. Responsible for setting up sales meeting and promoting awareness of Security Bank among prospective clients of the bank by educating individuals on bank products and services. And manages customer portfolio and fosters good business relationship with its newly acquired accounts. I also have knowledge in editing by using Photoscape and PicMonkey Collage, as well as MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel, although i am far from being an expert at it. I may not have a home-based job experience but still i am willing to learn.
