I am currently enrolled at the University of Technology Jamaica pursuing a first degree in Communications Arts & Technology. I have over 10 years of customer service/call center/data entry experience. I am able to multi-task, show effectiveness and efficiency in my work. I am a disciplined and determine individual who tends to exceed and go beyond expectations. One of my strengths are always providing quality output and my only weakness is prioritizing(which is currently being addressed). I show tactfulness at all times at always ensure that I build a good rapport with my employers and co-workers. There is'nt any job to large or small as I am always willing.
