I am a technical specialist with a strong mix of Web3 research, AI integration and DevOps, able to take products from idea and market research to launch on international markets. I have led a cross‑functional team of around 10 people as a Product Owner, mentoring juniors and designing a Web3 SaaS from scratch, including product architecture, UX concept and go‑to‑market planning.
On the DevOps side, I configure and maintain infrastructure on VPS/VDS, bare‑metal servers and AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers), focusing on reliability, security and performance for both development and production environments. I also work with Proxmox and virtualization to build scalable server setups, provide hosting for web projects of different complexity and support development teams in using DevOps practices and tooling.
Recently I developed a Voice AI CRM for call centers with real‑time call analysis, script‑based hints and deep integration with open‑source telephony tools like Asterisk, using Deepgram, LLMs, WebRTC and coturn. This solution improves both internal coaching workflows (screen monitoring, built‑in chat, two‑way audio) and external communication quality with customers.
